Customers are responsible for reviewing all letters, names, spellings, and other personalization details before submitting an order.

We will create personalized products using the information entered or selected by the customer. Everlune is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect personalization details submitted with an order.

Personalized, custom-made, and engraved products cannot be returned because of a change of mind. They may qualify for a replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Order processing and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, address errors, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking updates and delivery scans are managed by that carrier.

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and then contact us for assistance. A delivered tracking status does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement while an investigation is in progress.
